To Start Using Christian EFT Effectively, Follow These Steps:
1) Address the issue you want to relieve. It is important to acknowledge your issue (e.g. daily stress, depression, drama) before tapping, to direct your energy and focus on that issue and get more profound results afterwards
Write and memorize positive Christian affirmations like: “God heals me”, “I’m in union with God”, “God provides for me physically, mentally and spiritually”, ‘I’m ready to overcome any obstacles my way with the help of God”. Etc.
2) Tap in various EFT sensitive points in your body. Start tapping your inner eyebrow bone, your outer eye corner, your under eye area, your nose tip, your middle chin, your upper chest, your armpit, your inner wrists and lastly the top of your head. If you are unsure of where to tap exactly, watch a YouTube video showing the tapping points in practice. For every point you tap, say one positive affirmation for more powerful effects.
3) Repeat the process until you feel your negative emotions and thought patters released and alleviated
